Refund & Compensation Policy
•    As per our company policy, we do not offer refunds in any form (including bank transfer, credit card reversal, etc.).
•    In case of an approved cancellation, a coupon or online store voucher equivalent to the paid amount will be issued.
•    This voucher can be redeemed on your next online purchase at Zarposh.
Exchange Policy
•    We don’t have any exchange policy or return policy in normal circumstances. In the rare case that a faulty or damaged item was delivered to you, you can contact our customer service.
•    Customers can exchange their faulty order for a different in-stock product or avail the option of Online Store Credit for the same amount (minus shipping costs) and can use later on our website.
•    An exchange will only be considered in the rare cases on defective or incorrect item that has been delivered to the customer.
•    There is no exchange policy based on the customer's preferences regarding the outfit, as all the outfits are made for our valued customers.
•    In case of any exchange, the customer is required to inform our customer service team within 48 hours and return the outfit to our given address within 5-7 days of the delivery: otherwise, the request will not be catered.
•    An equal amount of voucher/discount code can also be offered.
•    Outfit can be exchanged if the product received does not match the ordered size.
•    All mailing or shipping costs related to the exchange of a defective item will be the exclusive responsibility of the customer.
•    We aim to process all the exchanges within 14 working days.
•    We don’t offer refund in any case for both domestic and international customers.
•    We only offer a voucher/discount code of the same amount.
