How do I make a purchase?
Orders from within Pakistan can be placed in PKR. International orders can be placed in USD, AED, or GBP.
Do you offer same day delivery?
Currently, same day delivery is not available.
Why did the product in my shopping bag disappear?
Adding an item to your cart does not reserve it. It may go out of stock if another customer checks out before you do.
Is my package insured and do I need to sign for my order?
All packages are insured during transit. A signature is required at delivery to complete the process.
Does Zarposh ship to multiple addresses?
No, we deliver to one address per order. For multiple addresses, place separate orders.
Can I change or cancel my order once placed?
Changes or cancellations are allowed before dispatch. Online payment orders can only be cancelled within one week. Once dispatched, no changes can be made.
How can I track my order?
You will receive an Order ID upon purchase. Use it to track your order via email or by signing into your account.
How do I return or exchange an item?
We do not offer returns or exchanges under normal conditions. In the rare case of a faulty, damaged, or incomplete item, contact customer service. You may receive store credit or an exchange.
Will I be refunded the full value of my order?
No refunds are issued. Store credit of equal value (excluding shipping) is offered within 7 days of delivery.
There is a fault with the product. What do I do?
Contact customer service. You may exchange the product or receive store credit.
Do you offer a repairs service?
Yes, complimentary repairs are offered for up to one year from the purchase date.
How do I buy a gift card?
Currently, Zarposh does not offer gift cards.
